Return & Exchange Limit

Returns & exchanges are made once per order.


Return & Exchange Period

You have the right to request a replacement/refund for the product you are not satisfied with or have a problem with within 7 days after you receive your order. Return/exchange applications made outside this period are not taken into consideration. Taking this into consideration, you must ship the product(s) you want to return/exchange to us within 7 days and specify your request.


Return & Exchange Process

For Return or Exchange, you must keep the exchange/return card sent with the order and the products you want to exchange/refund;


With the tag intact and unused,

All you have to do is fill out the Exchange & Return Form and send it as a counter-payment, specifying our valid agreement number on behalf of Oxvin.com.

For exchanges: After the products you send reach us, they are checked and a coupon is defined for the approved exchanges and the coupon code is notified to you. You create your new order with this coupon code, and the exchange process is completed.


For returns: The products you send are checked and after approval, a refund is made by our company to the account information specified in the exchange/return card within 7 business days.


For exchanges, the arrival shipping fee is covered by our company.


For returns, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price and the remaining amount is refunded.


WARNING: Cargos sent with payment by different cargo companies will not be received.

No refunds or exchanges can be made on used or removed tags.
